The Wheatley River Improvement Group is holding a
FREE Nitrate testing clinic.
Residents may bring 1-cup drinking water samples in any container to be tested (the test takes a fairly short time), and technicians will be on hand to answer questions about nitrates on PEI. Nitrates do have human health concerns, so come out and get your water tested.
Refreshments will be provided.
This event is put on by the Wheatley River Improvement Group, in conjunction with the Hunter-Clyde Watershed Group and the Department of Environment, Energy, and Forestry. For more information on this and other clinics, call the Department of Environment, Energy, and Forestry at 1-866-368-5044.
