WRIG recently completed the construction and installation of three floating wetland islands! The islands were planted with native wetland species and anchored throughout the Rackham’s Pond basin, on the Wheatley River. These structures will help to improve water quality and habitat conditions for brook trout and other wildlife species in the area. Watch this video
