The 2019 Celebrate Our River Event and River Duck Race held on August 24th was a great success! The rain didn’t stop us and we had around 270 ducks entered in the race this year – a huge thank you to everyone who came out on Saturday to support WRIG. Charlotte, Taylor and Garett, this year’s field crew, did an incredible job setting up the route, sending the ducks down river, scooping them up at the finish line, and collecting them all afterwards.
